Hello,
No to brag about it but i believe there is a very VERY low spawn/respawn rate for Mi-Jung in map1 for each kingdom.
It is very hard to do some quests

Sorry for this late reply, due to low activity on this forum I can only check the messages from time to time.
Back to your problem, there isn't any issues with it. Players expect the mob to respawn but it's actually linked to group spawn, what you need to do is go in that area where the mob you're looking for is spawning and kill the mobs around too, this way the respawn happends faster than you waiting.
