I downloaded the game, ran the Autopatcher, set resolution to 2k fullscreen, and the result is as shown, tried with 1920x1080 as well, and lower resolutions, it does get smaller as I decrease the resolution, the lowest resolution takes a quarter of the display and I can see my desktop.
