Hi

I played 2 weekends ago my account was 26 lvl I went up to 33lvl also bought dragon coins etc. Once I logged in today I see my account is where I left long time ago and again I am 26lvl. Could you assist me? I could provide proof that I purchased dragon coins. Thank you
