If you set-up a correct gmail account within registration you are able to delete your account with Old Metin2, according to our ToS, once you request a deletion of your account from the website you need to confirm your action, you can do this by email (check spam also). It will take a few days for deletion process to take place, if you want to cancel the deletion process and keep your account you should contact us as fast as possible, but not later than 12 hours from the request.
Once deleted, a accunt can't be recovered and we don't refund any coins, asserts or any other item from a deleted account, nor support for a deleted account. So please make sure you really want to delete your account.
Did you register with a fake e-mail account? Well, that's not Old Metin2 problem and a request of change will be charged with €5 and will take place in maximum 24 hours, usually it takes about 10-15 minutes if tehnic team is available, just contact an admin if you wish to change your e-mail address, some requests might not be charged at the GA discretion, same fees applies for incorrect or false e-mail address while registration process and need deletion character code, for example.
