Problem with server opening files.

Greetings.
I've got a problem with the server opening files. I have tried redownloading it and even tried friends .exe files, but somehow the game won't open. I tried to run it as an administrator and tried different patcher files, but still, it doesn't work. I downloaded latest .NET file. All it shows is "loading" - by mouse cursor and nothing else.
