Dear players,

As you may already know, the server's structure that should keep your quest data secured and in place got a issue (table corrupted) and after last maintenance the quest data was lost, this issue caused that every player lost track of their quests. As being discussed on Discord we put in order a few things to be done in order to fix this issue as soon as possible without keeping the server offline for too long and avoiding other major issues in the future.

After inspecting the problem for a few hours, we found the best solution to fix this and make it more easy and comfortable for you as a player.
Let's begin with a few informations you should know, before going into the ''how to'' fix.
All quests left was removed for everyone & affect bonuses obtained from Biologist was removed too.

What should you do?

• There isn't too much to do from you, just login as usual;
• Make sure you start over with the quests, subquests, biologist quests and main quests;

What we will do for you, in order to fix this issues?

• Well, the main thing is to make sure this kind of problems won't happen in the future;
• Setup a backup script to backup the server database daily, so we we'll be covered in case of a unfortunate event;
• Help you along the way, to make sure your Biologist quests won't take forever to get where you at, before the issue appeard;

Contact a GM as soon as possible.
Please contact the Server Admin and explain that you were affected by the 20/06 maintenance and your Biologist quest was lost, we will help you with some useful informations and give you the right items to get back as fast as possible, we assure that you won't waste any precious time!

• We will first check to see with our left informations at what stage your Biologist quest was, to avoid any fraud attempt (people that claim they were at x level but they weren't);
• We will give you a set of items (required by Biologist) to pass the missions faster without waiting, aswell as Red Monocle (used to make the waiting time inexistent) and Researcher's Elixir (used to increase your chance that your given item is accepted by Biologist);
• We'll be there for you to assist until your progress is where it should be and assure that everyhting is fine;

All this been said, we want to apologise for the situation caused and our promise remains as in the begining of this theard: This kind of issues won't happen again in the future.
As compensation for maintenance we'd start & keep the Rusty Chest event active for the rest of the week.

Only accounts created before 05/06 will get support, since in therms of leveling its impossible to have done the biologist in less than 10 days.

A few more basic things:

• Be on Channel 1 while seeking for support;
• Speak basic English (or Romanian) ~ otherwise warn me before, so i can look for someone to translate;
• Read the instructions i give you to make everything more time - efficiently;
• You have the obligation to use items i give you right away and return the left ones after we're done, keeping the left items for yourself lead to account ban;
