Hello dear support team,

I have a problem with the DT, I very often get kicks when I continue to climb. I recently made it to the blacksmith, after which I ended up at the 65 Metin stones. After destroying two stones and reaching the third, I was kicked again. Until then, the whole thing had cost me 40-45 minutes of my time... Well, no problem I thought, since you can go back again... Unfortunately not in this case, nothing happened when I pressed “re-enter”.
I have added a short video. After relogen and changing channels several times, I still couldn't go back.
Are there any solutions in these cases?
My Monster-EQ stuff still had 1h on it, which I wanted to use... and when I was almost at the finish line, then this... that was very annoying.

I hope there is a solution for the future if something like this happens again.

Demon Tower back system (re-join dungeons) only works for certain time and only if some criteria are met.
There's nothing you can do if it's not working to go back because this means the dungeon shouldn't allow players to go back at that stage and that's why you can't go back.

Best you can do is start the dungeon again.
