Dear players,

Before opening a complaint about a banned account please make sure you know your reason to do so.
You can always check banned account(s) at https://oldmetin2.ro/users/bans and use the search function, you can see the reason of the ban, along with the stamped date/time of the ban.

Proofs can be images / videos at full size only, if you cut, crop, modify the images this will not be accepted as proofs.
Usually a ban is not given without a serious Rules or ToS violation, make sure you know your reason before making a request of unban and don't try to waste the Staff time with false requests.
Banned account(s) for cheating and claiming you got banned for ''having lag'' it's not accepted and requests about this will be ignored.
